Resident Experiences Hear from the students who call our co-living communities home

Had a great experience living at TBG’s Channing house a couple years ago and Warring house last year. The facilities and housekeeping teams are very diligent and responsive. Made friends with several other residents, some of whom I still keep in touch with.

Absolutely wonderful! I’m a student at Cal and finding an apartment and moving in is stressful, but Sahil and Gary were very understanding, transparent, and have quick response times which I appreciated a lot. Their commitment to their work is unparalleled — they both really showed how they really care about the tenants and their contentment!

The property management is very helpful and do the best they can. I believe they are understaffed and their contractors seem difficult to deal with, which has caused issues when I initially moved in. However, these issues were promptly fixed and the management was entirely professional during the process. I still have issues, such as my thermostat not working, but this is due to my forgetfulness in reporting it. If you're going to Berkeley, The Berkeley Group is definitely a company you should consider.

This company had some bad reviews so I was concerned but it has been great I will continue to rent from them my experience had only been positive. The leasing team Lyle and Nikita were very nice 🙂
