The property management is very helpful and do the best they can. I believe they are understaffed and their contractors seem difficult to deal with, which has caused issues when I initially moved in. However, these issues were promptly fixed and the management was entirely professional during the process. I still have issues, such as my thermostat not working, but this is due to my forgetfulness in reporting it. If you're going to Berkeley, The Berkeley Group is definitely a company you should consider.
